She specializes in working with first-time home buyers, new construction, move-up buyers, lakefront properties, condos, and vacant land, as well as guiding sellers through strategic, data-driven listing campaigns. Her core skills and services include creative marketing strategies, digital and social media marketing, video marketing, staging, re-positioning, pricing, negotiation, market analysis, contract management, and agent training and coaching. She holds her ABR and GRI designations and has been recognized multiple years as a Top Realtor by the GRKids.com Grandtastic Awards and Grand Rapids Magazine.

Before real estate, Maria built a successful career in marketing and brand management, working with a major media agency in Chicago, a startup in Seattle, and a Procter & Gamble subsidiary in New England. She earned her MBA from Loyola University Chicago. When she isn't serving clients or training agents, you'll find Maria enjoying life in West Michigan with her husband and two school-aged daughters.
