In all honesty, we find that so many of our clients will hold off or drag their feet when it comes to downsizing, and we get it. It’s a big and emotional process that can feel overwhelming. 

But downsizing isn’t about “shrinking.” It’s about simplifying, realigning, and sometimes finally giving yourself permission to live a little lighter. 

Whether the kids are out of the house, the stairs are getting old, or you’re just ready for less maintenance and more freedom (yes please!) downsizing is both emotional and strategic. Here’s how to think about it the right way.

Before we talk square footage, let’s talk motivation.

Are you:
